HMI: Human-machine interface, displaying all machine functions on the screen. Machine control is very intuitive, all changes and adjustments are displayed on the screen in “real time”.
The visual terminal displays all visual inspection results. Here, the operator can track statistical data, process the results, single images and “run check” the current product operation.
Bowl feeder feeds automatically. In the bowl feeder, the stopper is correctly placed and aligned. The plugs are formed in a row, and then enter the distribution wheel one by one.
Place the rubber stopper in the dispensing wheel, and the inspection camera at the bottom checks the inside of the plug.
After internal inspection of the stopper, the checked stopper continues to be further inspected on the glass turntable.
In the case inspection, there are 5 to 6 cameras for checking the entire outer surface of the plug.
After the rubber stopper has passed the inspection of the surface, it will pass through the air blowing valve and separate the good and bad according to the visual inspection system, and the products will be distributed to the corresponding discharge ports in order to complete the product screening.
