What we need to inspect is the size of the nut and the defects of the screw teeth and the distance between the teeth. Then some people will ask, I believe that the vision inspection machine can check the size, but the thread is inside, how do you check? Here I can be very responsible to tell you that we can detect the internal thread, and I will use a special tool: endoscopic lens to complete.
From the vision inspection machine lighting effect diagram, it can be seen that with the intelligent inspection equipment, we can see the distance between the threads and whether there are missing teeth.
Through this image taken by the inspection equipment, we can see that the size of the thread is wrong. Observation found that this is a nut lacking thread. The vision inspection machine which we call missing or no teeth, is an NG product.
By automatically detecting the image of the device, we can accurately see a height of screw nut through the side lighting. By calculating this height, we also know exactly whether it is a qualified product.
The above are the defects that can be detected under visual inspection. Of course, there are more defects that can be detected. As long as the content is detected through the human eyes inspection, the vision inspection machine can be completed well.
