To check each piece manually, it will take a longer time by checking one after one in the same pallet, and people will forget whether this one is inspected just now because all is the sample. The company’s static vision measuring machine for big size components is suitable for those products with larger size and complex structure on the surface. By human inspection, mistakes and wrong inspection will happen always, therefore, by using a vision inspection system, we can make sure that the inspection work will be free from mistakes. The machine will contain a customized inspection platform, big or small, according to the complexity and size of your products. All defects must be clearly seen and visible by the upper cameras which will be set will an optional number of 10 pieces maximum.
